What makes you unique?  Offering the transcript/recording of all seminars, break-out groups and main event speakers to your delegates, can set you apart from other conference organisers.  This ‘value added’ benefit can make you stand out from the crowd, as clients and delegates will remember you for your innovative thinking and excellent customer service. 

2) Generate additional revenue
By offering the transcript/recording of the conference, you can generate an additional revenue stream.  Accurate transcripts have a high value as many delegates are prepared to purchase an accurate and timely transcription for reference purposes, should they need to jog their memory after the event has taken place.  Delegates are able to give their full attention to what is being said without being distracted by having to write notes.  This also applies to question and answer sections of which transcripts will also be provided.  You can limit access to only those delegates who have attended the event in order to restrict those who wish to substitute attendance by purchasing the transcript.

3) Attract sponsors
Once transcripts are in the hands of delegates they provide an ideal promotional platform for companies to market themselves.  A sponsor can include advertisements or links to websites in the transcript within their own section, or can pay extra to be seen in more prominent positions throughout the document.
