mmg are one of only a few UK transcription companies to offer a highly secure in-house transcription service.  We have taken extensive measures to set up this 'secure' unit and can offer clients that have recordings of a highly confidential and sensitive nature, the assurance that their data will be kept safe and confidential.

We have over 30 transcribers who work from our Devon offices, all of which have undergone CPS security clearances.  We also have a team of transcribers who have been cleared to a higher level and are able to transcribe the most confidential of recordings.

You can rest assured that your data does not leave the premises and only our in-house team will transcribe the recordings.  We would never send the work to our freelance team of transcribers.

In order to offer this high level of security our prices may seem higher than others.  But please be aware of low transcription prices quoted to you as they may not have the high levels of security that we have, they may send the work to homeworkers or even outsource overseas.
