Our Quality Assurance procedures are second to none in the industry and we are very proud of our ISO 9001 Quality Charter. We have an excellent track record and as a result, 98% of transcripts completed are accepted at first draft. If a client has an issue with a particular transcript, we rectify the situation immediately.

We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service. We offer individual formatting, layout and specifications tailored to suit each client's needs, providing a full and evidential account of what has been said. Customers are contacted on a regular basis to monitor service level agreements and we welcome feedback so that we can identify our strengths as a business as well as areas that need further development.
