The recording process for small & large meetings:

• We will attend and set up highly sensitive microphones (the amount depends on the number of speakers and for Q&A sessions a roaming microphone will be used) which are fully capable of picking up round table discussions. 
• We will create a time stamped log of who is speaking which helps to facilitate the accurate transcription of the recording.
• We will provide a transcript of the recording in the specified turnaround time.  This can be emailed, uploaded to a secure site or saved on CD/DVD.
• We will return, store or destroy the recording depending on the requirement of the client.

What you can do to help us:

• Provide a list of agenda points
• Provide a list of speakers
• Provide a list of technical words/jargon/place names that you forsee being used
• If questions are to be asked and known in advance, a list of these questions
