On-site recording service - we come to you!

With our on-site recording service, you can take advantage of our state-of-the-art audio or video recording equipment at any location of your choosing, to provide high quality recordings of your proceedings.

Our experienced and security-checked staff set up the equipment and log the events for you, so that you are able to concentrate on the important issues at hand. We can log who is speaking and at what time, so when you receive your transcript, you have a highly accurate account of what was said and by whom.

The recording can then be sent immediately to our offices to be transcribed and emailed back to you as a verbatim text document.

We charge an hourly rate to attend, set up and record your event using our high quality equipment.  Transcription costs are priced separately and are dependent on the turnaround time and specifications you require.
