As each job is so different we cannot specifically say how long it will take to transcribe and each transcript depends on a number of factors as mentioned above. However, as a rule we say that on average the time of the recording will take approximately 6 times to transcribe, i.e. an hours' audio would take 6 hours to transcribe.

If you have an urgent deadline to meet, we offer a 'quick' service whereby we can turnaround your transcript in a faster time depending on the urgency of your job. Please call us for more details.

It is important that you call us prior to sending your work via email or uploading it to the website. If you do not call beforehand then your work may be overlooked and not processed in the time you require, especially if you require our 'quick' turnaround service.

An itemised invoice will be supplied with every completed transcription. We request that payment is made promptly within 28 days from receipt of invoice - we accept cheque, BACS, cash or postal order payments. We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue and debt recovery compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
