Whatever the situation we have a transcript for you

A transcript can be a very complex document which is why we like to offer you a range of formats to suit your needs depending on the type of recording and the reason you require the transcript.  You may wish to record the minutes from a meeting to give out to board members or maybe you require the transcript of a police witness interview which captures every detail of what has been said.

Summary or Minutes
Summaries, or professional minutes, are an ideal way to capture the main points of meetings and events that take place over long periods of time.  We can objectively summarise the meeting/event into a concise and manageable form, delivering only the key points of the discussion.

Summaries can vary in length from between 1 to 10 pages per hour of recording, depending on the depth of detail you require.

Intelligent Verbatim Transcript
The transcriber edits 'ums', 'ers', 'you know', 'sort of', and other irrelevant conversation. In addition, contractions can be removed on request and replaced with the more formal terms, such as 'I've' is replaced with 'I have', and 'you're' is replaced with 'you are'.  This type of transcription is useful if a full account of what has been said is required but where you prefer the text to flow more fluently.

Transcripts can vary in length from between 10 to 20 pages per hour of recording, dependent on your specific requirements and format.

Legal Verbatim
Transcript
This gives a full transcript of every spoken word, which includes 'ums' and 'ers', 'you know', 'I mean' and 'sort of'.  Police forces and solicitors use this service in order to provide an accurate account for evidence in court.

Transcripts can produce 21+ pages per hour of recording, dependent on the number of people talking.

Transcripts from Video/DVD
These can incorporate all of the above formats but in addition we can include gesticulations and movements of people within the transcription.

Transcript Styles
This is entirely your decision.  You can adopt one of our own templates or you can give us specific guidelines as to how you would like the transcript to look, including the use of your own logo.
