At mmg we offer two types of service for our transcriptions - 'In-house' and 'General'. 

In-house Transcriptions
Clients with highly confidential recordings can be assured that they will be transcribed 'in-house' at our secure offices. Our prices may not appear to be as cheap as some competitors, however, we offer and maintain extensive security and quality procedures for this highly secure in-house service (see our security page) and we believe you are getting excellent value for money, as well as the guarantee that your data is in safe hands. 

Prices start from £1.60 per audio minute*.

NB.  Please be wary of the low prices quoted by other transcription companies, as they may use homeworkers or outsource overseas for this type of secure work, which means you are not getting the same level of security that is guaranteed with mmg's in-house service. 

General Transcriptions
We have clients who come to us with recordings that are not of a confidential nature, which are already, or are soon to be in the public domain.  For this type of recording we can offer a lower rate as we can use our bank of UK 'freelance transcribers' who do not generate the overhead costs associated with in-house staff.  Security, however, is not compromised by using this service, as all our freelancers are carefully chosen, security checked and sign confidentiality agreements before any work is sent to them.

Prices start from £1.30 per audio minute*.
